The Prices
The prices include tips, heating and value added tax.
The stated prices are minimum and maximum prices. 
We recommend,  to agree on prices in writing.
The  price offers are based on  equal standards.
The prices for the pensions contain the food, that is to say either breakfast, half or full board. Meals not being consumed are not going to be refunded. For diet cooking an additional charge is raised.
The range in prices between minimum and maximum charges results from the different locations,  disposition and equipment of the particular rooms.
Obliging is the offer of the hirer. In case of general cost increases chances of prices reserved.
The prices are valid in hotels and pensions per person per day plus the particular catering.
At holiday homes the prices are valid per day without meals.
