Nordic Walking – the casual steady walking with sticks. Never before it was easier and more social to exercise  the fundamental condition in a healthy and effective way – without much straining the joints. This so-called trendy-sport has been part of the training of Nordic skiing sportsmen for a long time.
Being the most northern  Nordic Walking centre, Bad Nenndorf sets new standards for this sporty activity. The certificated route in the Kurpark and Deister offers the ideal requirements for this new trendy exercise.
